กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท ดิ เอ็มไลฟ์ จำกัด ผู้บริหารจัดการพื้นที่จัดแสดงงาน “UOB LIVE” (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “บริษัทฯ”) ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ทุกประการ
1. คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
1.1 ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา มีภูมิลำเนาและถิ่นที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย และต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ ณ วันที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
1.2 เพื่อความโปร่งใสและเป็นธรรม พนักงาน ลูกจ้าง ตัวแทนของ บริษัท ดิ เอ็มไลฟ์ จำกัด, ธนาคารยูโอบี จำกัด (มหาชน), บริษัทตัวแทนโฆษณา, คณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงบุคคลในครอบครัวของบุคคลดังกล่าว ไม่มีสิทธิ เข้าร่วมและรับรางวัลจากกิจกรรมนี้
2. ระยะเวลา กติกา และเงื่อนไขการร่วมกิจกรรม
2.1 ระยะเวลากิจกรรม:เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 เมษายน 2569 – 5 พฤษภาคม 2569
2.2 วิธีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม: ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ให้ครบถ้วนผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด
- ขั้นตอนที่ 1 (Facebook): กรอกข้อมูลใน Facebook Forms ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ชื่อ นามสกุล เบอร์โทร อีเมล์
- ขั้นตอนที่ 2 (Facebook): ตอบคำถามสั้นๆ “อยากมาดูนักเตะในงาน LIVING LEGENDS FOOTBALL FESTIVAL คนไหน?…เพราะอะไร”
- ขั้นตอนที่ 3 (Website): กดยินยอมนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและยินยอมให้ทางบริษัทนำข้อมุลไปใช้และกดส่งคำตอบ
2.3 เกณฑ์การตัดสิน
คณะกรรมการของบริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาตัดสินผู้ชนะจากการเลือกคำตอบที่ถูกใจคณะกรรมการที่สุด จากผู้ที่ทำตามกติกาครบถ้วนทั้ง 3 ขั้นตอน
2.4 การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ท่าน (พิจารณาจาก 1 บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน Facebook, ชื่อ-นามสกุล และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์) มีสิทธิได้รับรางวัลเพียง 1 รางวัลตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม
3. รายละเอียดของรางวัล และเงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล
3.1 ของรางวัลได้แก่: บัตรเข้าชมคอนเสิร์ต LIVING LEGENDS FOOTBALL FESTIVAL AT UOB LIVE วันที่ 9 – 10 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ UOB LIVE จำนวน 10 รางวัล รางวัลละ 2 ใบ มูลค่าบัตรใบละ 1,299 บาท (GA) และ รางวัลชนะเลิศ 1 รางวัล จำนวน 2 ใบ มูลค่าบัตรใบละ 29,999 บาท (Tier 2) [รวมมูลค่าทั้งสิ้น 85,978 บาท]
3.2 ของรางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิให้แก่ผู้อื่น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยน แลก ทอน เป็นเงินสด หรือของรางวัลอื่นได้ในทุกกรณี
3.3 บัตรอภินันทนาการ (Complimentary Ticket) นี้ ห้ามมิให้นำไปจำหน่ายต่อหรือแสวงหาผลกำไรทางการค้าโดยเด็ดขาด หากบริษัทฯ ตรวจพบการกระทำดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงนั้นทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
4. ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลซึ่งมีมูลค่าตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาท ขึ้นไป จะต้องถูกหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่าของรางวัล ตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากรที่ ท.ป. 4/2528 ประกอบกับคำสั่งที่ ท.ป. 104/2544 ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ดังกล่าวแทนผู้ได้รับรางวัลทั้งจำนวน โดยผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องนำส่งสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน พร้อมลงนามรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง เพื่อให้บริษัทฯ ใช้เป็นหลักฐานประกอบการนำส่งภาษีต่อกรมสรรพากรต่อไป
หมายเหตุ
ผู้ได้รับรางวัลยังคงมีหน้าที่ต้องนำมูลค่าของรางวัลไปรวมคำนวณเป็นเงินได้พึงประเมินในการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาประจำปีของตนเอง
5. การประกาศผลและการยืนยันสิทธิ
5.1 บริษัทฯ จะประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลในวันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2569 ผ่านทางหน้า Facebook Page: UOB LIVE และ/หรือ เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ
5.2 ผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องติดต่อเพื่อยืนยันสิทธิภายในวันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 23:59 น. โดยส่งข้อมูล ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และสำเนาบัตรประชาชน ผ่านทางไลน์หรืออีเมล์ หากพ้นกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ จะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ และสงวนสิทธิในการมอบรางวัลให้แก่ผู้ชนะสำรองลำดับถัดไป (ถ้ามี) หรือจัดการกับของรางวัลตามที่บริษัทฯ เห็นสมควร
6. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Personal Data Protection) และความยินยอม
6.1 ข้อมูลสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรม
บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่ให้ไว้ผ่านหน้าเว็บไซต์ เฉพาะเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบสิทธิ ดำเนินกิจกรรม ประกาศผล และส่งมอบรางวัล ตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ UOB LIVE https://www.uoblive.asia/privacy-policy/
6.2 การส่งต่อข้อมูลให้ธนาคารยูโอบี (Lead Generation)
ในกรณีที่ท่านได้กดยอมรับในช่อง “ยินยอมให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่ธนาคารยูโอบี” ในขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนบนเว็บไซต์ บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่ ธนาคารยูโอบี จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และข้อมูลข่าวสารทางการตลาด บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งให้ทราบอย่างชัดเจนว่า การให้ความยินยอมในส่วนนี้ เป็นไปตามความสมัครใจของท่าน และ “ไม่มีผลใดๆ” ต่อสิทธิในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การพิจารณาตัดสิน หรือการรับรางวัลจากกิจกรรมนี้แต่อย่างใด
6.3 ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดเกี่ยวกับข้อมูล
เมื่อข้อมูลถูกส่งมอบให้แก่ธนาคารยูโอบี จำกัด (มหาชน) แล้ว ธนาคารฯ จะมีฐานะเป็น “ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” อย่างเป็นอิสระจากบริษัทฯ การประมวลผลข้อมูลหลังจากนั้นจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของธนาคารฯ ทั้งสิ้น หากท่านต้องการยกเลิกความยินยอม (Opt-out) ในภายหลัง ท่านสามารถติดต่อกับทางธนาคารฯ ได้โดยตรง
7. การจำกัดความรับผิดและเหตุสุดวิสัย (Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure)
7.1 การปฏิเสธความรับผิดของแพลตฟอร์ม (Platform Disclaimer)
กิจกรรมนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยบริษัทฯ เท่านั้น ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุน ไม่ได้รับการรับรอง และไม่ได้ถูกบริหารจัดการโดย Meta, Facebook หรือแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียอื่นๆ แต่อย่างใด ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตกลงที่จะปลดเปลื้องความรับผิดชอบใดๆ ของแพลตฟอร์มดังกล่าวที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากกิจกรรมนี้
7.2 ความรับผิดชอบ
บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความขัดข้องของเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ระบบเว็บไซต์ ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือความล่าช้าใดๆ ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ
7.3 ในกรณีที่การแสดง/คอนเสิร์ตดังกล่าวถูกเลื่อน ยกเลิก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบ
ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัย ภัยธรรมชาติ คำสั่งหน่วยงานรัฐ หรือเหตุผลทางธุรกิจของผู้จัดงานแสดง บริษัทฯ ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบในการชดเชยค่าเสียหาย คืนเงิน หรือจัดหาของรางวัลอื่นทดแทนให้แก่ผู้ได้รับรางวัลในทุกกรณี
7.4 หากบริษัทฯ ตรวจพบการทุจริต การใช้โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ (Bot)
การใช้บัญชีปลอมเพื่อปั่นยอด หรือการกระทำใดๆ ที่ผิดวัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรม บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิในการตัดสิทธิผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าวทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
8. สิทธิขาดของบริษัทฯ
คำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข กติกา หรือของรางวัล (ที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่า) โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางสื่อสารอย่างเป็นทางการของบริษัทฯ

This activity is organized by THE EMLIVE CO., LTD., the management of the “UOB LIVE” exhibition space (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By participating in this activity, the participant agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions in their entirety.
1. Eligibility of Participants
1.1 Participants must be natural persons, residing in Thailand, and must be at least 20 years of age on the date of participation.
1.2 For the purpose of transparency and fairness, employees, staff, and agents of THE EMLIVE CO., LTD., United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited, advertising agencies, the organizing committee, including their family members, are not eligible to participate in or receive prizes from this activity.
2. Activity Period, Mechanics, and Conditions
2.1 Activity Period: Commences on 24 April 2026 and ends on 5 May 2026.
2.2 How to Participate: Participants must fully complete the following steps via the designated channels:
- Step 1 (Facebook): Fill in the information on Facebook Forms including Full Name, Phone Number, Email
- Step 2 (Facebook): “Who are you rooting for at LIVING LEGENDS FOOTBALL FESTIVAL? Tell us why they’re a true icon to you.”
- Step 2 (Website): Click agree to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and submit the form.
2.3 Judging Criteria: The Company’s committee will determine the winners based on participants who fully completed all steps and the participant whose answer best satisfies the committee.
2.4 Each participant (determined by 1 Facebook account, full name, and phone number) is eligible to win only 1 prize throughout the entire activity period.

3.1 The Prize(s): 2 Concert tickets for LIVING LEGENDS FOOTBALL FESTIVAL @ UOB LIVE on 9 -10 May 2026 at UOB LIVE, totaling 10 prizes, 2 tickets per prize, valued at 1,299 THB per ticket (GA) and 1 Grand Prize, 2 tickets, valued at 29,999 THB per ticket (Tier 2)
3.2 Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash or any other items under any circumstances.
3.3 These Complimentary Tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold or used for commercial gain. If the Company detects such actions, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the entry tickets immediately without prior notice.
4. Withholding Tax
Winners of prizes valued at 1,000 THB or more are subject to a 5% withholding tax on the prize value, in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Orders No. Taw.Paw. 4/2528 and No. Taw.Paw. 104/2544. However, the Company will fully absorb and pay the aforementioned 5% withholding tax on behalf of the winner. The winner must submit a certified true copy of their National ID card to the Company to be used as evidence for tax submission to the Revenue Department. (Note: The winner remains responsible for including the prize value as assessable income in their annual personal income tax filing.)
5. Winner Announcement and Prize Claiming
5.1 The Company will announce the list of winners on 6 May 2026 via the UOB LIVE Facebook Page and/or the Company’s website.
5.2 Winners must contact the Company to confirm their right to claim the prize by by 8 May 2026 2026 at 11:59 PM by providing full name, phone number, and a copy of National ID via LINE or Email. If a winner fails to contact the Company within the specified timeframe, they shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The Company reserves the right to award the prize to the next alternate winner (if any) or handle the prize as it deems appropriate.
6. Personal Data Protection and Consent
6.1 Data for Activity Operations: The Company will collect, use, and process the personal data provided by you via the website exclusively for the purposes of verifying eligibility, operating the activity, announcing winners, and delivering prizes, strictly in accordance with the UOB LIVE Privacy Policy https://www.uoblive.asia/privacy-policy/
6.2 Data Transmission to UOB (Lead Generation): In the event that you voluntarily opt-in by checking the “I consent to disclose my data to UOB” box during the website registration process, the Company will transmit your personal data to United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited for the purpose of offering products, services, and marketing communications. The Company explicitly declares that granting this consent is entirely
voluntary and has “no effect whatsoever” on your right to participate in the activity, the judging process, or the receipt of any prize from this activity.
6.3 Limitation of Liability regarding Data: Once the personal data is transmitted to United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited, the Bank shall act as an independent “Data Controller,” completely separate from the Company. Any subsequent data processing shall be entirely governed by the Bank’s Privacy Policy. Should you wish to withdraw your consent (Opt-out) at a later date, you may contact the Bank directly.
7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
7.1 Platform Disclaimer: This activity is organized solely by the Company. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or any other social media platforms. Participants agree to fully release and hold harmless the aforementioned platforms from any and all liability arising from this activity.
7.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any internet network failures, website system malfunctions, computer errors, or any delays that are beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
7.3 In the event that the designated performance/concert is postponed, canceled, or its format is altered due to force majeure, natural disasters, government orders, or the business decisions of the event promoter, the Company holds no responsibility to provide financial compensation, refunds, or substitute prizes to the winners under any circumstances.
7.4 If the Company detects any fraudulent activity, the use of automated programs (bots), the use of fake accounts to manipulate engagement, or any actions violating the objectives of the activity, the Company reserves the right to immediately disqualify such participants without prior notice.
8. Company’s Absolute Rights
The decisions of the Company’s committee are absolute and final in all respects. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms, conditions, mechanics, or the prizes (with items of equivalent value) by providing prior notice through the Company’s official communication channels.
