  • Develop, manage, and build strong working relationships with all Partnerships, Founding Partners, Naming rights and Suite Holders.
  • Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies that help drive and increase revenue.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met.
  • Develop and build solid working relationships with AEG Global Partnerships and The Mall Group to help maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Strong team leader to set and carry out strategy and departmental KPIs.
  • Conduct regular and ongoing market research to stay in touch with new trends and identify any threats / opportunities to the business.
  • Negotiate ongoing contracts in conjunction with the General Manager for suppliers and clients.
  • Managing and reviewing contracts and make recommendations commercially.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities and make adjustments as required.
  • Generate repeat business by providing outstanding Customer Service and relationship building.
  • Liaise with Group Legal Counsel to ensure all contracts and MOU’s are reviewed before any sign offs.
  • Ensure you communicate and liaise with necessary departments including Technical & Production, and Operations regarding pricing and feasibility of holding any events.
  • Devise strategies and product mix planning for concession items.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Source for new F&B products and suppliers.
  • Manage and execute logistics for entire process from placing order, delivery, stock storage and control to avoid wastage.
  • Review and revise concession menu periodically and be able to introduce festive or other promotions.
  • Monitor attendance levels to ensure that concession stands are not overcrowded or underutilised.
  • Manage casual staff schedules, hiring new employees, and conducting training for new employees.
  • Manage all aspects of the concession stand operations including ordering supplies, hiring staff, and setting prices.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Maintain, review, and analyse relevant reports such as financial reports, sales, and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and develop with F&B Management team different concession product overlays that cover all types of events and segments.
  • Ensure stock control and minimise waste per event.
  • Organise special and themed events with suppliers’ participation.
  • In conjunction with the Commercial Manager develop plans to maximise spend per cap and dwell times through the period when the venue is open for business.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Prepare Cash Flow Forecast Report, Cash Positions, Cash Management
  • Responsibility for the overall routine financial activities.
  • Perform daily tasks relating to corporate finance.
  • Prepare the yearly forecasted budget in coordination with the operations team and monitor the budget every month.
  • Managing loan agreements including preparing information and supporting documents for loan disbursement and loan repayment.
  • Managing financial risk i.e., foreign and interest rates.
  • Participating in the preparation of the annual budget and controlling the use of the construction budget and operating budget.
  • Preparing estimated monthly cash flow statements and cash investment plans while ensuring that cash flow is planned following loan agreements with sufficient liquidity and maximized returns.
  • Examining invoices to be sent to the company’s customers to ensure the correctness and recording of all types of financial transactions into the ERP system.
  • Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and reporting to the Finance Manager and CFO.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Perform other job-related functions and special projects as assigned.
