Venue Sales Assistant Manager


Drive and develop new commercial partners, ensuring new business opportunities are implemented and all partnership proposals are bespoke, creative and maximize revenue for the Arena, whilst meeting the contractual obligations of our partners and ensuring client satisfaction.


  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and delivery of a corporate events strategy.
  • Proactively sourcing new commercial partners.
  • Develop new business opportunities and deliver creative and bespoke partnership proposals.
  • Develop leads with potential commercial partners.


  • Degree in Marketing Communications or Business Development
  • Bi-lingual in Thai and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Previous experience in sales of Entertainment, Corporate or Organizer.
  • Previous experience in Arena/Stadium/Event/Hospitality
  • Actively participate in the revision of any sales strategy as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
  • Well organized and ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Excellent communication skill
