POSITION OVERVIEW

Oversee staffing policies, improve employee retention, and motivate staff through creating employee wellness initiatives. Human Resources Managers ensure compliance with industry regulations, keep detailed records of job descriptions, schedule interviews for job candidates and conduct onboarding and new employee orientation. They field complaints from employees and use a structured system to respond to any issues within an organization. Human Resources Managers also manage benefits administration and communicate with staff about policy changes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full function the HRM, HRD, HRBP strategic planning, and management, including recruitment, training, organization development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefit, and employee relations until retirement.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Provide guidance and supports to line manager on employee related matters in accordance with Thai labor law and the Company’ policies/regulations.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • PDPA Management and training for employees.
  • Ensure and manage operations in compliance with various certified standard, such as ISO9001, ISO14001.
  • Manage and control activities related to human resources management to align with set goals and plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years working experience in all of HR functions experience with at least 5 years in a managerial level.
  • Excellent in English both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, related regulations, and PDPA.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 system requirements.
  • Proficient computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • HRIS Software
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills as well as negotiation and decision – making skills
  • Well organized and ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
