Where can I park at UOB LIVE?

You can park at EMSPHERE, Emporium, or EmQuartier. Validate your ticket at the Floor 6 Customer Service Desk for 12 hours of complimentary parking.

What is the dress code?

There is no strict dress code. We encourage you to dress comfortably and confidently, though some artists may have specific themes.

Is there a Fast Track lane?

Yes. Look for exclusive Fast Track lane signage on Floor 5M if your ticket includes priority access.

Are there lockers available?

Yes, lockers are located on the 5M floor and are available for rent at 60 THB.

How do I enter the venue?

Entry begins on Floor 5 for the Box Office. Security checks and bag drops are located on Floor 5M before entering the Main Hall.

วิธีที่สะดวกที่สุดคือขึ้นรถไฟฟ้า BTS มาลงสถานีพร้อมพงษ์ (ทางออก 6) แล้วใช้สกายวอล์กทางเชื่อมที่พาคุณเดินตรงเข้าสู่ทางเข้า EMSPHERE
